Quick Tip: When a coach talks about being "patient" with a lift, here's an example of what they mean. In the Power Position, the barbell must be directly above the ankle. So, the athlete should make sure they return to that exact same spot before jumping into their triple extension (aka 2nd pull). Often, athletes rush this and bring the bar only to above the toes.
