PILOT WHALES BEACH NEAR ALBANY A pod of pilot whales have beached themselves at Cheynes Beach. There are about 70 whales in the pod. Wildlife officers had spent the day monitoring, when they were seen exhibiting unusal behaviour.. moving into a tight group.
