On December 3, 1965, KQED aired the first-ever televised press conference featuring Bob Dylan. And in true Bob Dylan fashion, it was bizarre. He was taking reporter’s questions and asking bigger, stranger questions in response, or giving very obtuse answers. Dylan was just 24 here, and he’d been famously booed at the Newport Folk Festival for going electric four months prior.
