Throughout the 72-hour culminating Field Training Exercise #FTX called the Forge Basic Trainees are tasked with engaging OPFOR, reacting to a mass casualty event, resupplying, and proving their proficiency in all Skill Level 1 Tasks they've learned to date. During White Phase of Basic Training, Trainees are exposed to their second Field Training Exercise (FTX) 'The Anvil'.
