When you’re counting, measuring, or doing number activities, it’s the perfect time to model numbers on your AAC system. Modeling during math time helps students see that AAC can be used for all kinds of communication — not just talking about objects or actions. Start small: 👉 Model while you count toys or steps 👉 Use number words during routines (“2 more minutes!”) 👉 Celebrate every modeled moment 🎉 L
